About The Role

OneSkin is seeking a Director of Strategic + Integrated Partnerships to lead our 360° ecosystem of brand + growth-driving relationships, spanning VIP talent, thought leaders, KOLs, podcasts, affiliates, and media collaborations.

This senior, cross-functional role sits at the intersection of brand + performance. You’ll architect and execute partnership strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes, building trust, cultural relevance, and customer acquisition efficiency. You’ll turn credibility into conversion — forging partnerships with the voices, platforms, and communities shaping the future of longevity. 

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), with a dotted line to the VP of Growth, you’ll connect brand storytelling with business performance, ensuring partnerships amplify OneSkin’s mission, expand its reach, and drive meaningful impact across every channel.

What You'll Do

Integrated Partnership Strategy

• Lead OneSkin’s integrated partnership and creator strategy across VIPs, thought leaders, KOLs, podcasts, creator affiliates, and media.
• Develop clear frameworks for partnership tiers, performance tracking, and strategic alignment to business goals (CAC, EMV, LTV, Brand Awareness etc.)
• Negotiate and manage 360° partnerships from contract through creative execution and post-campaign analysis.

Creator Affiliate Program

• Oversee and scale OneSkin’s creator affiliate program (TikTok experience is a must), driving recruitment, engagement, and conversion.
• Implement systems for performance optimization, attribution modeling, and incentive structures.
• Identify and elevate top-performing creators into long-term ambassador and brand storytelling roles.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand Partnerships team to ensure partnership storytelling drives both cultural resonance and measurable growth.

KOL, Thought Leader + Media Partnerships

• Secure and manage OneSkin’s presence across podcasts, newsletters, and multimedia platforms, optimizing for reach and ROI.
• Partner with leading experts in longevity, health, and wellness to co-create content and educational storytelling.
• Drive visibility and credibility in the broader wellness ecosystem through meaningful, mission-aligned collaborations.

• A relationship leader with deep experience across VIPs, KOLs, and affiliates, and a pulse on the wellness and longevity space.
• A cross-functional collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can align Brand, Growth, and Creative teams.
• A negotiator and communicator who crafts win-win deals and long-term relationships that deliver measurable growth.
• A data-informed strategist who makes decisions grounded in insight but leads with instinct and creativity.

Passionate about science-backed longevity, beauty, and building brands that inspire better living.

What You Bring

• 8–10+ years in partnerships, brand, or business development, ideally within wellness, beauty, or health-tech.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue growth through partnership ecosystems.
• Experience leading creator affiliate programs and performance-driven influencer campaigns.
• Strong network or familiarity with the longevity, health, and wellness industries.
• Expertise in negotiation, deal structuring, and performance analysis.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, and complex multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Deep understanding of the celebrity, influencer, affiliate, and multimedia landscape including podcasts, YouTube, newsletters, and social platforms.
• Comfortable connecting brand KPIs to business outcomes like CAC and LTV

Compensation Range: $180,000–$200,000

Our total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, strong quarterly bonus potential, and equity/stock options designed to support long-term alignment and shared success.
