About The Role
We are looking for a growth marketing manager to develop and execute acquisition strategy across key paid online channels for OneSkin. This person will own our channel strategy & media buying, the day-to-day execution of online paid online channels and closely collaborate with our in-house creative, product and science teams. As part of the growth team you will continue to drive rap and sustainable growth in creative and compelling ways.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee execution of paid media on Google (brand, non-brand, pmax, demand gen), Meta and TikTok
- Develop and implement paid media strategies to achieve monthly acquisition KPIs (CAC, ROAS and revenue)
- Pull creative performance: identify top + bottom performing creatives, partner with creative strategy to derive creative insights to inform new and iterative high-performing ad creative briefs
- Optimize campaigns to ensure achievement of KPIs
- Own full funnel campaign strategy and implementation across a variety of channels, including Meta, TikTok and Google.
- Identify & execute channel tests, draft performance projections, and own channel metrics, understanding what’s performing and key opportunities.
- Maintain an up-to-date roadmap of ad tests (creative, copy, targeting, channel, etc.) and coordinate between various stakeholders / contributors.
- Ideate ad creative concepts; define messaging, video, and design variants, and collaborate closely with our product and creative teams to finalize deliverables.
- Set up efficient systems and processes to manage user acquisition campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

- A curious, science-minded marketer who’s energized by longevity, skincare innovation, and building a brand grounded in research.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of paid media experience with a focus on performance marketing
- Comfortable being hands-on keys and in the weeds on platform and campaign execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Deep knowledge of campaign management in Facebook Ads, TikTok and Google Ads. Pinterest Ads is a plus
- Experience analyzing performance metrics and arriving at actionable recommendations.
- Proficient in excel and using Google Analytics
- Great cross-functional collaborator and communicator
- Experience with advanced measurement methodologies, including incrementally & brand lift is a plus.

Compensation Range: $100 - $110 per hour approx. 40 hours per week
