Vice President, Partnerships North America

Summary

The VP, Partnerships - Americas owns partner-led revenue, pipeline, and delivery capacity across the region as a core pillar of OneStream's go-to-market model. You will ensure that every partner motion - Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and Technology partners - is executed effectively within the region and is held to clear, measurable standards for contribution to regional performance.

You will operate as the regional orchestrator of the partner ecosystem - working across Partners, Sales, Marketing, and Services to ensure partners are fully leveraged against geo-specific targets. While global partner strategy is set centrally, you own translating that strategy into measurable regional impact against revenue, pipeline, and delivery-capacity objectives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the NA partner ecosystem strategy to drive regional revenue growth, market expansion, and delivery scale.
  • Own partner-driven performance across the region - partner-sourced, co-sell, and partner-influenced revenue, pipeline generation, and contribution to closed-won business.
  • Build and scale a high-performing partner organization: team structure, coverage model, and talent development aligned to regional growth targets.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market motions with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services to drive pipeline, improve win rates, increase deal size, and accelerate sales velocity on partner-involved deals.
  • Expand and optimize the partner ecosystem - growing the base of active, revenue-generating partners and accelerating time-to-productivity for new partners.
  • Drive partner enablement and capacity growth to support delivery scale and high-quality implementations aligned to customer success standards.
  • Establish governance and operating cadence to monitor partner performance, measure ROI on partner investment, and give leadership consistent visibility into partner contribution and outcomes.
  • Act as executive sponsor for key partners - managing senior relationships, resolving escalations, and keeping partners aligned to regional business objectives.

Required Education and Experience

  • 15+ years building ecosystem-led, partner-driven growth in high-growth enterprise software companies.
  • A proven track record driving measurable partner ecosystem outcome - partner-sourced, co-sell, and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings - in enterprise SaaS. Direct experience in Finance, CPM/EPM, or adjacent office-of-the-CFO software is a strong plus, not a requirement.
  • Experience working across Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and advisory partners within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • A track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market execution in close alignment with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services.
  • Experience building or scaling a partner organization - team design, coverage models, and talent development - in a high-growth environment.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Four-year degree in a field such as Accounting, Business, or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • Graduate degree in business preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate partner ecosystem direction into executable plans that drive revenue and growth.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with direct accountability for pipeline, revenue contribution, and partner performance.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams in a results-driven environment.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services.
  • Executive presence, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders internally and within partner organizations.
  • Strong analytical and operational discipline - comfortable using data to drive decisions, track performance, and improve outcomes.
  • Strong communicator, presenter, and negotiator, able to influence at any level of an organization
