As a key technical member of the team, you will act as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer. In this role, you will provide critical support across our Salesforce instance, Marketing Cloud, and Account Engagement (Pardot), working closely with cross-functional partners from every department—including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. 

You will be responsible for executing day-to-day support, maintenance, and data quality troubleshooting, while also driving custom programmatic enhancements and complex data connectivity across the broader Reify tech ecosystem. By keeping the platform streamlined, highly functional, and easy to use, you will help us continually enhance the platform, improve data quality, orchestrate cross-cloud journeys, and design highly scalable, best-practice solutions that enable the business to further grow.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Platform Governance & Access Management: Manage all aspects of Salesforce user access, license security, and data governance while executing proactive maintenance and security reviews to ensure that StudyTeam remains a highly scalable, performant platform for our future. 
  • Declarative Configuration & Maintenance: Drive declarative platform enhancements, process automation, and operational escalation workflows to successfully launch and scale Care Access products across our internal teams. 
  • Advanced Service & Experience Cloud Architecture: Configure and optimize Service Cloud and Experience Cloud features, utilizing tools like Omni-Channel routing, macros, and customer self-service portals to maximize agent productivity and customer success. 
  • Custom Programmatic Development: Develop and maintain custom Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components while designing secure REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems to eliminate technical debt and maximize scalability. 
  • Data Integrity & Automation: Oversee end-to-end data quality control and migrations while providing comprehensive internal user support, documentation, and training to ensure seamless platform onboarding. 
  • Systems Integration & Third-Party Apps: Design, implement, and manage secure integrations and API connections between Salesforce and external business systems or third-party applications. 
  • Marketing Cloud & Account Engagement (Pardot) Architecture: As applicable, own the technical configuration and cross-cloud journey architecture of SFMC and Pardot, utilizing SQL, AMPScript, and Journey Builder to optimize data flows and support the revenue pipeline. 
  • SLAs & Escalation Workflows: Design and implement entitlement management frameworks, strict service level agreements (SLAs), and operational escalation processes within the platform. 

What You’ll Bring to OneStudyTeam:

  • Minimum Education:
    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or related experience preferably in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or similar software/database-related field 
  • Minimum Experience:
    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience and strong Salesforce product knowledge 
    • Minimum of 1+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning component development 
    • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing architecture 
    • Proficiency in SQL/SOQL 
    • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues and find effective Salesforce solutions 
    • Strong relational database design skills 
    • DevOps/release management experience and an understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge 
    • Comfort with change management, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project 
  • Preferred Qualifications: 
    • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I and II, Experience Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant) 
    • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft Composer, Tableau, or other Salesforce products 
    • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SSO configuration
