The Challenge
Your Mission

Act as a true GTM strategist, with an informed point of view on our solutions, markets and competition, buyer personas, ICPs, and the path to facilitating the most impact and value for our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle

Translate that GTM strategy into action across Product Marketing, Marketing, Product, and the rest of the organization to drive impact to OneTrust

Serve as a passionate spokesperson for OneTrust and our solutions both internally and externally, working within the global marketing team to deliver a compelling narrative on our category leadership, product positioning, and solutions.

Coach and scale a world-class Product Marketing team, replete with team members who exude expertise, credibility, and teamwork and are highly sought after resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and our partners and customers.

Lead OneTrust’s efforts in pricing and packaging, analyst relations, and competitive intelligence so that each contribute heavily to our GTM success

Collaborate closely with Product leadership from inception to launch of our innovation roadmap and new products, ensuring that they focus on maximum customer value and are targeted at the right personas and their most burning business issues

Work closely with our Sales and Partner Enablement teams to keep our field teams and partners consistently well-prepared to be trusted advisors to our prospects and customers and to be experts in how our solutions map to business pain and business value

Orchestrate consistent efforts across integrated marketing campaigns to keep OneTrust reaching the right personas about the right pain points at the right times so that we consistently overachieve our revenue targets

An impressive communicator, adept at verbal and written communication. Experience includes presenting to senior leaders, involvement in sales, advocating for product strategy, interacting with industry analysts, and collaborating with customers and partners.

Demonstrably skilled in synthesizing and translating market needs into product requirements, with an ability to manifest the product vision and direction into compelling positioning and messaging

Passionate about working in a lean, dynamic organization, with a desire to own and refine processes and a “strive for excellence” mentality

Relentless in your energy, positive attitude, and ability to influence people and rally them around initiatives

Willing to travel as needed, up to 25% or more at times

Well-versed in rationalizing a complex portfolio of products and solutions across buyer personas and markets

15+ years of very successful B2B software product marketing experience.

10+ years management experience, including 2nd level management experience required

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
Salary Range
$236,250 - $354,375 USD
