The Challenge
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated IT Operations Engineer to join our IT Operations Team. Reporting to the IT Manager, this role focuses on delivering exceptional IT services while ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our IT systems. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, participate in IT projects, implement process improvements through automation and integrations, and develop solutions that enhance business operations and user experience.
Your Mission
IT Services Delivery & Support
- Analyze and resolve requests regarding IT systems issues and enhancements, leveraging analytical skills to diagnose root causes, implement timely and effective solutions, and drive continuous improvements through system modifications and process enhancements.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows and macOS hardware, software, and network issues through user consultation and system analysis.
- Administer, enhance, and support IT systems and applications (e.g., Entra ID, MDM, and SaaS-based tools) to ensure seamless integration, optimize workflows, and improve user productivity.
- Configure, install, and monitor IT systems, maintain accurate inventory and asset records, and document best practices, ensuring all incidents, service requests, and changes are logged effectively.
Technology Solutions & Projects
- Participate in the design, implementation, and deployment of technology solutions that enhance system performance, user experience, and organizational scalability.
- Develop and deploy custom solutions for SaaS productivity and collaboration tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Configure and maintain on-site office technologies such as meeting spaces, security systems, and enterprise networks.
- Plan and execute secure and efficient deployments, system configurations, and policy enforcements by planning, testing, and implementing solutions while adhering to best practices.
You Are
You’re a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for delivering IT services. Your curiosity drives you to learn and apply new concepts, while your communication and interpersonal skills ensure that user needs are addressed with professionalism. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and thrives in a dynamic environment where they can contribute to IT system development, service delivery, and process improvements.
Your Experience Includes
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or a similar technical role in a global company.
- Experience configuring and supporting Windows and macOS endpoints and their MDM platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and SaaS solutions such as Atlassian, Zoom, and Lucidchart
- Experience managing and participating in IT projects, collaborating with stakeholders and peers to ensure the successful delivery of business outcomes.
- Proficiency with ITSM and Agile project management platforms such as Jira.
- Experience providing support for iOS and Android devices.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with team members in a hybrid work environment, including taking ownership of IT service delivery and coordinating support for both in-person and remote employees.
Extra Awesome
- Technical certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator, ITIL, and CompTIA (A+, Network+, etc.).
- Experience developing SaaS automations and integrations.
- Experience deploying and maintaining physical office technologies such as Teams rooms, enterprise networks (e.g. Meraki), and physical security systems.
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices to enhance IT service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Experience managing or developing a global asset management ecosystem using SaaS platforms such as Oomnitza, Firstbase, Allwhere, or similar tools.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
Salary Range
$33.35 - $50.03 USD
