- Work with custodian APIs, financial data pipelines, and market data providers to ensure real-time, high-fidelity transaction data.
- Automate position reconciliation, corporate actions processing, and account-level trade matching.
- Build scalable data pipelines that enhance transparency and accuracy in reporting.
Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
- Ensure trading workflows adhere to regulatory standards and industry best practices in order management and reconciliation.
- Stay ahead of compliance and risk requirements in wealth management, working with operations and compliance teams to implement robust solutions.
User Experience & Automation
- Improve trading dashboard experiences for advisors and internal operations teams.
- Lead the design of exception handling and alerting systems, ensuring fast issue resolution and operational efficiency.
- Use data-driven insights to drive optimizations in trading, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management within financial technology, wealth management, or trading platforms.
- Strong knowledge of equity trading, reconciliation workflows, and order execution processes.
