JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a commercially minded, hands-on affiliate and social commerce leader to own and scale how creators drive sales for Onnit. You’ll run our affiliate program across Amazon, DTC, and creator storefronts; help us scale TikTok Shop as we increase our investment there; and test what’s next on emerging platforms like Whatnot.  

You’ll set the strategy and make it happen from building commission structures, recruiting and briefing creators, and managing our agency and platform partners, to running TikTok Shop day to day. You’ll use sales, ROI, and customer data to decide which creators, offers, and platforms earn more investment, and which don’t.

This role combines channel ownership with real execution. You’ll own the budget and plan, but you’ll also enjoy being close to the work: launching campaigns, working with creators, and turning results into your next move. TikTok Shop and social shopping are among Onnit’s biggest growth opportunities, so you’ll see your impact on revenue directly.  

This opportunity is designed for someone with 5+ years of relevant experience who wants meaningful ownership and a seat at the table across Amazon, DTC, and paid media.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own affiliate strategy and the annual plan across Levanta (Amazon), Impact (DTC/ Shopify), and Superfiliate (creator storefronts), including commission structures, partner tiers, and management of the affiliate agency against clear targets.  
  • Grow Amazon affiliate revenue through Amazon Creator Connections, Levanta campaigns, external traffic, and the Brand Referral Bonus program.  
  • Build a steady pipeline of high-value creators, publishers, and content sites, approve partners against clear quality criteria, and monitor for fraud and audit payouts.  
  • Scale Onnit's established TikTok Shop end-to-end, including catalog, listings, TikTok-specific offers, Shop Ads, LIVE shopping, and relationships with platform account teams.  
  • Scale the TikTok Shop creator affiliate program, including sampling, commission tiers, creator briefs, community management and retention, and test emerging platforms such as Whatnot with clear go/no-go criteria.  
  • Ensure creator content, listings, and offers meet supplement claims requirements, platform category policies, FTC disclosure rules, and content usage rights.  
  • Manage the affiliate and social shopping budget and weekly and monthly performance reporting, and partner with analytics to measure incrementality beyond last-click.  
  • Plan affiliate and creator support for launches and tentpoles such as Prime Day and BFCM, keep offers aligned with Onnit's pricing policy, and work with finance, legal, and procurement on vendor contracts.
  • Supports annual planning and budgeting for affiliate and social shopping as part of AOP.
  • May represent Onnit at industry events, platform summits, and creator activations.
  • Occasionally supports product seeding and creator requests from other teams, such as PR and brand marketing.
  • May oversee freelancers or contractors for creator outreach, content or LIVE production.  
  • Provides competitive research on affiliate and social commerce trends for leadership as needed.  

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS / BA in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience  
  • 5+ years in affiliate, creator, or partnership marketing for a consumer brand, ideally in a claims-sensitive category such as supplements, wellness, or beauty.  
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major affiliate network (Impact, Levanta, CJ, Rakuten, or similar), plus working knowledge of Amazon Attribution, Creator Connections, and Brand Referral Bonus.  
  • Proven experience growing and scaling a TikTok Shop, including Seller Center, Affiliate Center, creator collaborations, sampling, and LIVE shopping.  
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills: able to manage a channel budget, model commission economics, and manage agencies and vendors against performance targets.  
  • Clear understanding of FTC endorsement guidelines, supplement claims compliance, and creator content rights.  
  • Comfortable being both a strategist and a hands-on operator, including occasional nights and weekends for LIVE events and campaign moments  
  • Strong communication skills and a growth mindset, with a track record of testing new platforms and working across all levels of Onnit and broader Unilever.
