Balance cost-efficiency with premium service to create a true competitive advantage, ensuring measurable gains in both customer satisfaction and cost-to-serve metrics.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Implement lean principles, automation, and continuous improvement programs across the network. Drive UPH, productivity, and cost-per-unit efficiency improvements in line with global and regional benchmarks. Establish best practices to streamline operations, increase agility, and maximize value creation.

Network Design & Optimization: Future-proof the distribution network by strategically placing inventory closer to consumers, leveraging advanced inventory positioning models and AI forecasting tools. Build a multi-node, flexible infrastructure that enhances speed, sustainability, and resilience, while maintaining clear P&L accountability for network cost and performance.

Returns & Recommerce: Co-Develop and scale circular logistics solutions, including returns management, re-commerce programs, and reverse logistics flows, ensuring they are seamless, cost-efficient, and customer-friendly. Design processes that balance customer expectations with optimal cost recovery.

Partner & Vendor Management: Build and manage premium-performing 3PL, and carrier partnerships, ensuring accountability through clear KPIs, automation-enabled visibility

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
