As the Account Sales Specialist, Germany (North) you will be responsible to represent and connect the On brand to our B2B retail partner, our consumers and their communities in the northern part of Germany.
You will collaborate cross-functionally, connect with Central & EMEA team members at different levels and departments across the Oniverse. You will report directly to the Senior Sales Lead of Germany Field Accounts.

Being an Account Sales Specialist at On is being the bridge between On’s internal commercial teams and our B2B partners ultimately amplifying On’s footprint across Germany and beyond.
Your Mission:
- Being responsible for the commercial success of the assigned group of local B2B retail partners in Germany (especially those with smaller and medium volumes)
- Organise sell-in (Primarily virtual, plus trade fairs), business monitoring, identification of new business opportunities and collaboration with customer service and operations for smooth orderbook conversion
- Onboarding and training B2B partners on B2B system usage and processes
- Leveraging reporting dashboards to make data informed decisions on current business, financials and operational forecasting aligned with overall global objectives.
- Close collaboration with partners, maintaining a rigorous focus on optimizing sell-through and sell-out performance throughout the year.
- Administration and Data Management in our CRM system
- Close collaboration with the EMEA and Global Sales Enablement team to further improve processes and systems
- Contribute to the development of account strategies, formalizing them through Strategic Account Plans that align with the overarching business and brand strategy.
- Working remotely independent and self-organized (approximately 70% of the total working time). As account support will be predominantly online/virtual support we are flexible as to where this person is based in Germany.
Your Story:
- Typically 1-2 yrs experiences in a sales representative or other customer-facing role, preferably within sports, fashion, or premium consumer goods industries.
- A natural relationship builder with a self-driven approach to B2B account management, including meeting planning and execution, data analysis and training
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to excite B2B partners about our brand, aligned with our evolving account strategy.
- You enjoy connecting with customers to present our products, technology and philosophy in an inspiring way and are empowered when presenting to a group
- You’re not afraid to get stuck-in and hands-on when needed.
- Approaches problem-solving analytically and structurally, adept at analyzing data, interpreting trends, and making data-informed decisions.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously and execute team commitments with rigor, transparency, and discipline.
- Fluent in German (C1+ level) due to the regional nature of accounts and proficient in English as this is our shared professional language
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to create virtual sell in tools
