New York City

In short:

We are seeking a highly collaborative and agile leader to step into the role of Head of Growth & Expansion, LATAM. Reporting directly to the General Manager of LATAM, you will be a unique strategic contributor driving the future footprint of On across Latin America and the Caribbean.

In this high-impact position, you will be a critical partner supporting both direct and distributor markets on our omnichannel strategy. You will act as the unified voice for LATAM in global and regional forums, bringing an integrated, cohesive point of view that represents the region's growth opportunities.

This is a dynamic, high-visibility role designed for a master of project delivery who loves turning complex visions into reality. You will orchestrate high-priority regional initiatives while scaling of future strategic categories, serve as the region's champion for AI initiatives, and spearhead the GTM integration across our direct markets and distributor led markets.

Your Mission:

  • The Voice of LATAM: Serve as the primary representative and strategic voice for the LATAM & CAC region in high-level global and regional forums. Bring a highly integrated, single point of view that represents regional nuances and opportunities.
  • Omnichannel Strategy Integration: Partner with regional and global stakeholders to coordinate and support our omnichannel strategy across both direct and distributor markets. Seamlessly bridge regionally led wholesale plans with distinct, globally led E-commerce and Retail DTC initiatives.
  • Integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) Orchestration: Design and lead an integrated, highly cohesive regional GTM process across Brazil, Mexico, and Distributor markets.
  • AI Champion & Leader: Spearhead and champion the rollout of AI initiatives across LATAM. Identify opportunities to leverage AI to drive operational efficiency, enrich customer experiences, and elevate cross-functional productivity.
  • Category Launch & Strategic Growth: Partner with Global and Americas leaders to not only launch brand-new product categories but also aggressively scale and grow future categories in LATAM. Specifically drive the long-term acceleration and market share of our Apparel category by collaborating closely with DTC Global Leaders across digital, e-commerce, and retail channels.
  • Master Project Management: Drive end-to-end execution of complex, highly confidential regional projects. Act as the central PMO hub for high-impact growth initiatives that keep On ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the Growth Pipeline: Lead and support the development of robust regional business cases for expansion initiatives, assessing the viability of new distribution channels, store openings, and strategic decisions.
  • Orchestrate Strategic rollouts: Support the regional implementation of global initiatives, successfully launching new business verticals, expanding product categories, and embedding advanced operating models across the region.
  • Maximize Long-Range Performance: Collaborate with regional and channel commercial leaders to build, optimize, and challenge regional Long-Range Plans, ensuring alignment with overarching financial and brand targets.
  • Drive Omni-Channel Execution: Act as the central orchestrator for cross-functional teams, driving seamless, omni-channel execution of strategic projects to deliver a premium, unified brand experience.

Your Story:

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, business development, PMO, or strategic expansion within the sports performance, footwear, premium consumer goods, or technology industries.
  • Matrix & Stakeholder Navigation: Proven track record of operating successfully in a highly matrixed global organization.
  • Master of Project Delivery: A proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept to execution. Outstanding structural thinking, prioritizing capability, and the ability to steer multi-stakeholder initiatives under tight timelines.
  • Omnichannel & Go-To-Market Acumen: Deep understanding of omnichannel retail dynamics, wholesale lifecycles, and commercial operating models (Wholesale, Retail, E-com, and Distributor-led) across Latin American markets.
  • AI & Innovation Curiosity: A forward-thinking mindset with experience leading or championing digital innovation, digital transformation, or AI-driven projects within business operations.
  • Highly Strategic & Comfortable with Ambiguity: Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you navigate confidential, yet-to-be-disclosed initiatives, turning uncertainty into structured, actionable project roadmaps.
  • Exceptional Communication & Influence: A culturally agile communicator and strong relationship-builder who can synthesize diverse perspectives into a single regional point of view and influence senior global leaders without formal authority.
  • Languages: Complete fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Proficiency in Portuguese is a strong asset to support our Brazil market.
  • Travel: Open and available to travel approximately 20–25% of the time across regional offices (São Paulo, Mexico City, etc.) and global headquarters.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
