Pay: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)

If you have at least 6 months of HVAC installation experience and a strong work ethic, we'll provide the training, support, and opportunities to help you grow quickly.

What You'll Do

  • Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations.

  • Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.

  • Help ensure every installation is completed safely and with exceptional quality.

  • Maintain clean and organized job sites.

  • Follow company processes and safety standards.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while working in customers' homes.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months of residential HVAC installation experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.

  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
