On Time Experts is looking for a hardworking and motivated Plumbing Apprentice to join our growing team! If you have at least 6 months of residential plumbing experience, hold a valid Texas Plumbing Apprentice License, and are eager to continue learning from some of the best plumbers in the industry, we'd love to meet you.

This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for growth, hands-on training, and long-term career advancement.

What You'll Do

• Assist licensed plumbers with residential plumbing installations and repairs.

• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for daily jobs.

• Help install water heaters, fixtures, drains, water lines, sewer lines, and other plumbing systems.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Learn proper plumbing techniques, local codes, and company installation standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the On Time Experts brand.

• Accurately complete job documentation and communicate effectively with your team.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Plumbing Apprentice License (Required)

• Minimum 6 months of residential plumbing experience

• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Positive attitude and dependable attendance.

• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
