What You'll Do

Diagnose, Repair & Deliver Quality Plumbing Service

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.

• Respond to residential plumbing and drain service calls.

• Repair and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, pipes, valves, fittings, and other plumbing components.

• Perform plumbing inspections and identify system concerns.

• Troubleshoot leaks, drainage issues, water pressure problems, and other residential plumbing concerns.

• Recommend appropriate repairs, replacements, and system improvements.

• Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and professionalism.

• Complete accurate service documentation and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.

Educate Homeowners & Present Solutions

We're looking for plumbers who do more than fix plumbing problems. We want professionals who can confidently explain their findings, educate homeowners, and help customers make informed decisions.

• Clearly explain plumbing issues and recommended repairs to homeowners.

• Present appropriate repair, replacement, maintenance, and upgrade options based on customer needs.

• Identify opportunities for water heater upgrades, water quality improvements, fixture replacements, and preventative maintenance.

• Communicate pricing, service options, and the value of recommended solutions.

• Build trust through honest recommendations and a customer-first approach.

• Confidently ask for the opportunity to complete recommended work.

• Follow through on customer concerns and ensure a positive service experience.

Take Ownership of Your Performance

• Manage service calls efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.

• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and service performance standards.

• Identify legitimate service opportunities and communicate recommendations clearly.

• Work closely with Dispatchers, Service Managers, and other field team members.

• Maintain accurate customer records, service notes, and recommendations in company systems.

• Participate in ongoing technical and customer-service training.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle.

• Support emergency and on-call plumbing services as scheduled.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced residential Service Plumbers who are technically strong, customer-focused, and motivated to succeed.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on residential service plumbing experience.

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with residential plumbing systems.

• Experience performing plumbing maintenance, repairs, and service calls independently.

• Ability to confidently communicate repair and replacement recommendations to homeowners.

• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

• Ability to explain technical issues in a way homeowners can understand.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.

• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call and weekend schedules.

• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment background and drug screening, consistent with applicable law.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceTitan experience.

• Experience with residential drain cleaning and plumbing diagnostics.

• Experience with tank and tankless water heaters.

• Knowledge of water treatment and water quality solutions.

• Experience presenting repair versus replacement options.

• Strong history of customer satisfaction and service performance.

• Previous experience working in a performance-driven residential service environment.

• Sales or in-home service experience.

• Full-time, year-round employment.

• Monday–Friday schedule.

• Every other Saturday.

• Rotating on-call responsibilities.

• Company-provided service vehicle for work-related travel.
