⏰Weekend work - 13.5 hours per week - Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10am-4pm

🙌 The Role & Team 

Dealer Sales Advisor at Oodle Car Finance. 

The Dealer Sales Team operates as the voice of Oodle for our trusted introducers (Dealers and Brokers). In this role you will be dealing with queries from our introducers via inbound calls or emails. The role will report directly into our Dealer Sales Team Leader and we are looking for someone who can support us with delivering fast, quality resolutions for our introducers.

What you’ll be getting up to:

  • Having great conversations with our introducers to help them find a suitable solution.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders during the loan application journey.
  • Working closely with our Account Managers to build relationships with our introducers.
  • Provide support, advice, and guidance to our introducers to understand our systems so that they can self-serve.
  • Working with 3rd party service providers and dealer networks to review and resolve any quality concerns.
  • Support with daily allocated admin tasks.

The role will be a great fit if:

  • Previous experience of working within the motor industry in a Customer Service/ Sales role
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to proactively manage and prioritise a number of tasks.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • A strong desire to support our customers.
