Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | $100–$110/hr | Flexible | Chesterfield, VA 

Learning Ladders ABA is seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our growing team in Chesterfield, VA and surrounding areas. This role is perfect for clinicians looking for flexibility, supportive leadership, and meaningful work with children and families.

Location:

Chesterfield, VA (in-home and/or school-based services)

 What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Supervise and support BTs/RBTs

• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis

• Provide parent training and clinical guidance

• Adjust programs based on client needs and outcomes

---

Requirements:

• BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB required

• Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental needs

• Strong communication and data analysis skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
