Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Contract Position
At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children and families. We are currently seeking a passionate, skilled, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing, mission-driven team.

What You’ll Do

Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to paraprofessionals and behavior technicians

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Oversee the implementation of treatment plans, ensuring clinical integrity and progress

Analyze data consistently to guide treatment decisions and optimize outcomes

Deliver parent training and caregiver support to promote generalization of skills

Design and adapt individualized programs and curricula based on ongoing assessment and client progress
What You Bring
-
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB

Experience working with children in behavioral health and/or special education settings

Strong clinical judgment with excellent data collection and analysis skills

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
