JOB DESCRIPTION

We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead our billing operations and drive revenue cycle excellence. If you're a strategic thinker who loves building high-performing billing teams and optimizing financial outcomes — this is your role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all billing operations including claim submission, denial management, and reconciliation
• Ensure BCBA credentialing is confirmed on all authorizations before billing is processed
• Lead the billing team and set individual and team performance targets
• Report monthly on billing metrics to senior leadership
• Develop and implement billing policies and quality improvement initiatives

SKILLS

• Management experience in a healthcare billing department
• Experience overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle management
• Track record of improving clean claim rates and reducing denial percentages
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proficiency in healthcare billing platforms and reporting tools
