JOB DESCRIPTION

We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are looking for a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to keep our provider network fully credentialed and ready to serve. Your work is the foundation that allows our BCBAs and therapists to bill and deliver care without interruption.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete credentialing applications for providers with insurance networks
• Track credentialing status and follow up proactively to expedite approvals
• Maintain provider credential files and ensure licenses remain current
• Meet daily submission targets (7 submissions/day) tracked in the Bolt platform
• Coordinate with clinical and billing teams on credentialing status updates

SKILLS

• Direct experience credentialing providers with insurance networks
• Knowledge of provider enrollment and re-credentialing processes
• Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously with accuracy
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in credentialing software or provider enrollment portals
