JOB DESCRIPTION

We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are looking for a precise and reliable Payroll Specialist to ensure every member of our team is paid accurately and on time. Your work is the foundation of employee trust — and we take that responsibility seriously.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for all LBAPS staff with 100% accuracy
• Maintain payroll records, process tax withholdings, and generate payroll reports
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
• Process garnishments, deductions, and special payroll adjustments
• Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations

SKILLS

• Direct experience processing payroll for 50+ employees
• Proficiency with payroll platforms (ADP, Gusto, Paychex, or equivalent)
• Experience handling tax withholdings, garnishments, and payroll reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication skills for resolving employee inquiries
