Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

 

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC, we’re seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our mission-driven team. If you're passionate about supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do:

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings.

• Collect and document session data in Rethink within 24 hours.

• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

• Participate in new hire check-ins and maintain professional communication with families.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience with children with developmental disabilities.

• Current RBT certification.

• Familiarity with ABA data collection and documentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping the autism community.
