Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour

Multiple positions available!

Must be available after school hours 3pm - 7pm.

Must be comfortable working both in a school setting and home setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
• Accurately collect session data and complete documentation within 24 hours using our easy-to-use Rethink platform
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with consistency and care
• Collaborate with your supervising BCBA and actively participate in new hire check-ins
• Build positive, professional relationships with families by sharing observations and progress updates

What You Bring:

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Current RBT certification
• Familiarity with ABA data collection and session documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for supporting the autism community
