Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time & Full-time | In-home ABA Therapy | After-school & Weekend Hours Available


About Us:

At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC is a reputable provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services dedicated to supporting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our expanding clinical team across Long Island, NY.


Position Overview:

As an RBT, you will provide direct ABA therapy services to children in home, school, and community-based settings under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position is well-suited for candidates who are passionate about behavioral health, autism services, and early intervention, with ample opportunities for professional development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
  • Consistently follow and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in in-home, school-based, or center-based settings
  • Accurately collect data, maintain session notes, and document using the Rethink platform (within 24 hours)
  • Monitor client progress through ABA data collection and behavior tracking systems
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and supervising BCBAs
  • Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing RBT supervision sessions

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children with autism (ASD) or developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of ABA therapy techniques, behavior intervention, and data collection methods
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary ABA team
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
