Behavior Stars ABA is seeking a highly dependable, clinically strong BCBA who takes ownership of their cases and consistently delivers high-quality, ethical care. Position Overview:
As a BCBA, you will lead the full clinical lifecycle of your cases—from initial assessment through ongoing treatment—ensuring all services are effective, individualized, and data-driven. You will serve as a key clinical leader, guiding Behavior Technicians and partnering closely with families to drive measurable progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized, data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Oversee implementation of treatment plans to ensure consistency, accuracy, and clinical integrity
- Provide structured supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to BTs/RBTs
- Analyze client data on an ongoing basis and make timely, appropriate program adjustments
- Deliver clear, actionable parent training to support skill generalization
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinical and compliance standards
- Independently manage your caseload while ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on ABA experience working with children
- Proven ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines consistently
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and data analysis skills
- Professional, proactive communication style
- Ability to lead, mentor, and hold team members accountable to clinical standards
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Data entry skills required; (Session Notes onto Rethink app)
