Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our collaborative clinical team. Your Role
As an RBT, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality ABA services while building meaningful connections with the children and families you support.
In this role, you will:
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings
- Accurately collect and record session data, completing notes within 24 hours using the Rethink platform
- Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with consistency and attention to detail
- Participate in structured onboarding check-ins (7-day and 30-day) to support your success
- Communicate professionally with families and collaborate with your supervising BCBA
What You Bring
- Minimum 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Active RBT certification
- Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to the autism community
