We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outreach & Growth Representative who thrives in the field, loves connecting with people, and is motivated by meaningful impact. What You’ll Do;

• Conduct 12–15 daily outreach visits, targeting 8–10 high-quality referral connections
• Build and manage a strong referral pipeline from first contact through active services
• Collaborate with internal teams to submit new clients and track intake progress
• Interview and staff RBT/BCBA cases, acting as a key liaison between field staff and leadership
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations
• Track and report on weekly outreach activity, conversions, and growth metrics

What You Bring;

• Experience in outreach, business development, or client acquisition
• Proven ability to manage and grow a referral or sales pipeline
• Strong self-management skills in a fast-paced, field-based role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with ABA services or the behavioral health/autism space (preferred, not required)
