Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour
Hours: After 3:00 PM

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing, mission-driven clinical team. If you’re passionate about supporting children with autism and developmental needs, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center settings

• Collect and record accurate session data in Rethink within 24 hours

• Maintain fidelity to Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Collaborate with families and communicate progress with supervising BCBAs

• Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing team check-ins

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification

• At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities

• Strong data collection and documentation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• A patient, creative, and dedicated approach to care
