Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing clinical team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a young client while receiving strong clinical support and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity
• Collect and record session data using Rethink within 24 hours
• Collaborate with families and communicate progress effectively
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional check-ins

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification
• Minimum 6 months experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, energetic, and reliable approach
