We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and drivenn8n Automation Specialist to become an integral part of our mission-driven team. LBAPS provides life-changing ABA therapy, diagnostic services, and educational support to children and families across multiple states. We are building smart, automated systems that amplify our marketing reach and streamline our operations — and we need someone who can make that happen with precision and creativity.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, and maintain n8n automation workflows for marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and CRM integrations
• Connect and orchestrate tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Slack, and internal APIs
• Automate social media scheduling, content distribution, and performance reporting pipelines
• Build lead capture and follow-up sequences that reduce manual workload and improve conversion rates
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize live workflows to ensure reliability and performance

SKILLS

• Proven hands-on experience building workflows in n8n(self-hosted or cloud)
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Active Campaign, or similar)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on automation performance metrics
