What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized BIPs
  • Supervise and support BTs/RBTs
  • Analyze data and adjust programs as needed
  • Provide parent training and guidance
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • 2+ years ABA experience with children
  • Strong clinical judgment and independence
  • Reliable, organized, and accountable
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
