Long Island, NY

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Contract

SPANISH SPEAKING IS A MUST

$100–$110/hour | Flexible Scheduling | Clinician-Led Support

LBAPS (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC) is seeking a highly dependable, experienced BCBA who takes full ownership of their cases and consistently delivers high-quality, ethical care.

If you’re looking to step away from high-volume environments where quality is compromised—and instead work with a team that respects your clinical judgment, values consistency, and prioritizes meaningful outcomes—this is that opportunity.

Why This Role Stands Out:

At LBAPS, you’re not treated as interchangeable. Your clinical voice matters, your time is respected, and your work is measured by real client progress—not caseload volume. We’re intentional about who we bring on. This role is best suited for clinicians who are organized, accountable, and committed to maintaining a high standard of care without the need for constant oversight.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the full clinical lifecycle of your cases, from assessment through ongoing treatment
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Oversee implementation of treatment plans to ensure consistency and clinical integrity
  • Provide structured supervision, mentorship, and accountability to BTs/RBTs
  • Analyze client data regularly and make timely, informed program adjustments
  • Deliver clear, actionable parent training to support long-term success
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in alignment with compliance standards

What You Bring;

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on ABA experience with children in behavioral health or special education
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and data analysis skills
  • Professional, proactive communication style with both families and team members
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and hold others accountable to clinical standards
  • Bilingual in Spanish Required

What You Won’t Find Here;

  • Disorganized systems or unclear expectations
  • Excessive caseloads that compromise care quality
  • Lack of support or unresponsive leadership

Why Clinicians Choose LBAPS?

  • Competitive compensation: $100–$110/hour
  • Flexible scheduling that supports autonomy and work-life balance
  • Streamlined documentation and billing systems (Rethink)
  • Ongoing clinical support and growth opportunities
  • A collaborative, responsive leadership team that respects your expertise
  • Bilingual is a plus!!!

Who You Are:

  • Reliable and consistent—your clients and team can depend on you
  • Accountable—you take ownership and follow through without reminders
  • Clinically confident—you make informed decisions and adjust as needed
  • Organized and detail-oriented—you maintain high standards across all aspects of your work
  • Purpose-driven—you care about outcomes, not just completing tasks
