Job Summary:

LBAPS is seeking a results-driven Tech Implementation Lead to manage and execute internal technology projects across a multi-state ABA organization. This role bridges operations, finance, and systems—ensuring projects are completed, adopted, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and complete multiple tech implementation projects
  • Translate technical workflows into clear operational processes
  • Improve efficiency, cost control, and system performance
  • Collaborate across finance, clinical, and operations teams
  • Build and manage a growing project team

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of completing complex projects
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Operational/financial understanding (preferred)
  • Experience with CRM, automation, or internal systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
