Salary: $55,000–$80,000


Overview

LBAPS is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support our growing recruitment department in our Brooklyn office. This role focuses primarily on job posting, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes.

We are looking for someone proactive, professional, and able to manage multiple hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Post job openings across multiple hiring platforms
  • Source and screen candidates for open positions
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
  • Maintain organized recruitment pipelines and follow-ups
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
  • Support HR and leadership with staffing needs
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • Recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred
  • Professional phone and email communication
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
