Salary: $85.00 to $100.00 hourly

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish-speaking BCBA to join our growing clinical team. What You’ll Do:

Conduct behavioral and skills assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Supervise and support behavior technicians and paraprofessionals
Analyze client progress and adjust programming based on data
Provide parent training and caregiver guidance
Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
Ensure ethical, high-quality, and individualized ABA services
Support skill development that improves clients’ independence and quality of life

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and data analysis
Bilingual English/Spanish required
