We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Spanish-speaking BCBA to join our rapidly growing team serving children and families across the Tri-State area. Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and skill evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and BIPs
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior staff
- Analyze data and adjust programming as needed
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Collaborate with schools, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Spanish speaking required
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Reliable transportation preferred
