Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is on the lookout for a compassionate and enthusiastic Female ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a bright 8-year-old child in Pemberton Township, NJ. This is an incredible opportunity for anyone who loves working with children and is eager to create a lasting impact in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Schedule:
Flexible; 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, twice a week
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Assist with school homework
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills
- Collect data and document session progress
- Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children preferred
- RBT Certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to pass required background screenings
