Location: Neptune City, NJ
Salary: $25.00–$28.00 per Hour

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is excited to invite a compassionate and motivated Female ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in providing transformative ABA services to a wonderful 10-year-old, non-verbal child in Neptune City, NJ! This is an incredible opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities!
Schedule:
Monday: 3:30pm - 6:30pm
Thursday: 3:30pm - 6:30pm
Friday: 3:30pm - 6:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills
- Collect data and document session progress
- Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children preferred
- RBT Certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual is a plus
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to pass required background screenings
