Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a 6yo child in Cortlandt Manor, New York. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Schedule: 

Monday: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM 

Tuesday: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Wednesday: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM 

Friday: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Responsibilities: 

Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services 

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA 

Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills 

Collect data and document session progress 

Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team 

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times 

Qualifications: 

High School Diploma or GED required 

Experience working with children preferred 

RBT Certification preferred but not required 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

Reliable and dependable 

Ability to pass required background screenings
