  • Maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience

  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred

  • Experience configuring ATS workflows, screening questions, and application forms
  • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals or clinical staff
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Experience with recruiting metrics and reporting
  • HR or Talent Acquisition certification is a plus

Desired Skills

  • Strong judgment in evaluating candidates
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing hiring needs
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Customer-service orientation with hiring managers and candidates
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization

Success in This Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Consistently identify qualified candidates quickly
  • Optimize ATS workflows to improve recruiting efficiency
  • Reduce time-to-fill open positions
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
  • Partner effectively with hiring managers to meet staffing goals

I would also add these "must-have" qualifications to help filter applicants:

  • Experience administering an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, Workable, Lever, iCIMS, JazzHR, or similar.
  • Experience creating pre-screening questions and automated candidate workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to screen high volumes of resumes and prioritize qualified candidates.
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-state organizations preferred.

These requirements will naturally attract recruiters who understand that an ATS is more than just a resume repository—they know how to configure it to improve recruiting outcomes. That sounds like the capability you're looking for at LBAPS.
