Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) - Bilingual Preferred

Skill Sprouts ABA is looking for caring, dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help children with autism and developmental disabilities learn new skills and reach their goals. If you're passionate about making a difference in your community, we'd love to meet you.

Whether you're an experienced RBT or have experience working with children, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes or community settings.
• Follow treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect data during therapy sessions to track progress.
• Work closely with families and your BCBA to support each child's success.
• Keep accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification if required).
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, is preferred.
• Positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes.
• Ability to pass a background check.
