Right now, somewhere in our community, a parent is trying to figure out who to call for their child. They don't know the right words for what they need yet — they just know they need help, and they need someone they can trust to point them in the right direction.

That someone is you.

We're hiring a Field Outreach & Partnership Representative who's genuinely energized by people. Someone who can walk into a school, a pediatrician's office, or a community center and walk out having built something real — not just handed over a business card. This is field-based, relationship-first work, and it matters: every conversation you have is a family getting one step closer to care.

What Your Day Looks Like:

• 12–15 in-person visits, with a goal of 8–10 substantive referral conversations
• Moving new client leads from first contact all the way to active service
• Working closely with intake to keep the pipeline accurate and moving
• Supporting RBT/BCBA staffing needs and keeping communication flowing between the field and HQ
• Building lasting relationships with schools, physicians, and community organizations
• Reporting weekly on outreach activity and pipeline progress

You'll Thrive Here If You:

• Have a background in outreach, business development, or client acquisition
• Have run a referral or sales pipeline and can point to real results
• Manage your own schedule with discipline — no one's watching over your shoulder
• Build trust easily and follow through, every time
• Know the ABA or autism/behavioral health space (nice to have, not required)
