We use Greenhouse Software, Inc.’s AI-powered Talent Matching feature to assist with the initial review of applications for our open positions. Talent Matching compares information contained in a candidate’s résumé and responses to application questions with job-related criteria selected and weighted by our recruiting and hiring teams. The criteria vary by position and consist of one or more of the following: job-related skills; relevant work experience, including the type, duration, and level of experience; prior job titles; and relevant industry experience.
