Community Outreach Advocate-V5 GA

Georgia, United States

Community Outreach Advocate
Greater Goals ABA Corp | $60,000/Year + Commission | Full-Time

Behind every referral is a family who's been waiting — waiting for someone to tell them where to turn, who to trust, what to do next. This role is about being that person for as many families as possible.

We're looking for a Community Outreach Advocate who shows up in schools, doctors' offices, and community centers not just to make an introduction, but to build something lasting.

What You'll Do Each Day:

  • Make 12–15 in-person visits, aiming for 8–10 meaningful conversations
  • Guide new families from first contact through active service
  • Partner closely with intake teams to keep things moving smoothly
  • Support staffing needs and keep communication flowing between field and HQ
  • Nurture long-term relationships with schools, doctors, and community partners
  • Share weekly updates on your outreach progress and wins

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Have experience in outreach, advocacy, or community engagement
  • Have managed a pipeline of leads or referrals with results to show
  • Can manage your own schedule with discipline and integrity
  • Build trust easily and always follow through
  • Have knowledge of ABA or the autism/behavioral health world (a plus, not required)

What You'll Get:

  • Competitive base salary plus commission
  • Flexible, field-based schedule
  • Mileage and expense reimbursement
  • Opportunities to grow within the organization
  • A team that measures success in changed lives, not just numbers

If you want work where your persistence changes a child's future — this is it.

Greater Goals ABA Corp is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
