We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and nurturing 1-on-1 ABA Paraprofessional / Behavior Technician for an adorable 7-year-old girl located in Yorktown Heights, NY.

📅 Schedule: Monday – Friday, after-school hours
💰 Pay: Highly competitive / Well-paid (based on experience)
🗣️ Language: English required (Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred!)

  • Child-Centric: Someone who is fun, creative, and knows how to keep a 7-year-old engaged and motivated after a long school day.
  • Reliable & Professional: A dedicated mentor who brings patience, consistency, and positive energy to every session.
  • Experienced: Background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), special education, or early childhood behavioral support is required.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct 1-on-1 behavioral support using established ABA techniques.
  • Focus on play-based skill-building, communication, and emotional regulation.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical team and family to track daily progress.
