Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

$22–$28/hour | Flexible Schedule | Afternoon & Early Evening Hours

ABA Achievers is looking for a compassionate and motivated RBT to join our growing clinical team. If you enjoy helping children with autism and developmental disabilities and want to grow your career in ABA, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

  • Implement individualized treatment plans.

  • Collect session data and complete documentation.

  • Communicate with families and the supervising BCBA.

  • Provide services in home, school, and center-based settings.

Qualifications

  • Current RBT certification.

  • 6+ months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Reliable, patient, creative, and passionate about supporting the autism community.
