Make a meaningful difference in a child's world! We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and dependable Female Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide vital one-on-one support for a sweet 3-year-old child who is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum. 💙🌈
📍 Location
  • Providence, NJ (Flexible environment: Home-based and community/center-based)
  • Pay rate: 20$ - 30$
🕐 Schedule & Hours
  • Days: Monday through Friday
  • Home Session Hours: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Note: We are looking for a flexible candidate who is comfortable adapting to either setting based on the child's needs.
💕 The Ideal Candidate
  • Compassionate & Patient: Deeply empathetic and understanding of early childhood development.
  • Reliable: Dependable and punctual, understanding that consistency is key for this child's success.
  • Experienced: Prior experience with early intervention, autism, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is highly preferred.
  • Skilled: Comfortable working one-on-one with a young, nonverbal child.
  • Independent: Able to confidently implement and follow the child's structured behavioral treatment plan.
