BCBA — Help Grow ABA Care Across New Mexico 🌱
$40–$70/hour | Flexible Scheduling | New Mexico
At Skill Sprouts ABA, we're building something new in New Mexico — and we're looking for a BCBA who wants to be part of it.
We're growing our services to reach children and families across New Mexico, and we're looking for a BCBA who wants more than just another caseload. We want someone who cares about the quality of their clinical work, enjoys building relationships with families and their team, and wants a voice in a growing organization.
If you value clinical independence, flexibility, meaningful relationships, and a team that actually listens, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
-
Conduct behavioral and functional assessments and identify meaningful goals based on each client's strengths, needs, and environment.
-
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
-
Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing support to RBTs and ABA staff.
-
Review client data, monitor progress, and make data-driven clinical decisions.
-
Provide practical caregiver training and support that families can use in their everyday lives.
-
Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other members of the care team.
-
Support skill development in natural environments, including home, school, and community settings when appropriate.
-
Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to RBTs while helping them grow professionally.
-
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure services are ethical, individualized, and aligned with ABA best practices.
-
Bring your clinical perspective and ideas as we continue building Skill Sprouts throughout New Mexico.
What We're Looking For
-
Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
-
New Mexico licensure or the ability to obtain licensure.
-
Master's degree or higher in ABA, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
-
Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
-
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
-
Someone who is comfortable working independently while still valuing collaboration and team support.
-
A family-centered approach and genuine interest in helping children build meaningful, everyday skills.
-
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
