  • The Client: A brilliant 16-year-old male who has a lot to say. 🔷
  • The Secret Weapon: You MUST speak fluent Spanish 🇪🇸 (Time to dust off that vocabulary!).
  • The Clinical Vibe: He’s verbal and moderately functional, but he brings some severe behaviors to the table. We need someone highly grounded who won't blink when things get spicy. 🧠💥
  • The Goal: Channel that teenage energy into shaping behaviors and smashing life skills! 📈
📍 THE TIME & SPACE LOGISTICS
  • The HQ: In-person, home-based therapy in Port Chester, NY 10573 🏡
  • The Hustle: 15 high-impact hours per week ⏱️
  • The Matrix (Schedule):
    • Tuesdays: 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM (Mandatory lock-in) 🌆
    • The rest of the 14 hours? Totally flexible! You and the family get to play calendar Tetris and figure out what works best. 🧩
