Female Behavior Technician (BT) — Staten Island | After-School, In-Home

⏰ Part-Time, 10.5 hrs/week
The role:
One child, one focus. You'll work 1:1 with an 8-year-old boy in his home, helping him build communication, independence, and daily living skills through ABA. No rotating caseload, no driving between clients — you'll get to know one family well and see real progress over time.
Schedule:
- Monday:4:30 – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday:3:30 – 6:30 PM
- Wednesday:3:30 – 6:30 PM
- Friday:3:30 – 5:30 PM
Consistent weekly hours that fit around school, a second job, or daytime commitments.
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children
- Patient, dependable, and genuinely warm with kids
- ABA or RBT experience a plus

- Direct BCBA supervision and hands-on training
- Supervision hours toward RBT certification if you're working toward it
