Female Bilingual RBT — Bengali & English Required | Queens, NY

Queens, New York

NOW HIRING: BILINGUAL RBT (BENGALI/ENGLISH) — QUEENS, NY

LBAPS is looking for an experienced, warm, hands-on Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with a 9-year-old boy in Queens. One family, one consistent case, no driving between clients.

At a glance:

📍 Location: Queens, NY
🏠 Setting: In-Home, in-person
👦 Client: 9-year-old boy
💰 Pay: $22.50/hour
🗣️ Languages: Bengali and English — both required
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 PM–9:30 PM · Saturday & Sunday, 3:00 PM–9:30 PM
⏰ Hours: 28 hours per week, consistent

Why both languages:

Bengali for sessions and for communicating with the family. English for BCBA supervision, treatment plan documentation, and session notes. You'll need to be comfortable in both — this is the requirement we can't flex on.

What we're looking for:

Active RBT certification with real hands-on experience — someone who has run a full program and can walk into a home steady from day one. Experience working with children, patience, energy, and the kind of presence that holds a child's attention through a long session. Comfort with data collection and working under BCBA supervision.

What you'll do:

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, implement the individualized behavior intervention plan, support communication, social, and daily living skills, collect clean data each session, and work closely with the supervising BCBA on treatment goals.
